Descriptions of the Prophet Muhammad's physical appearance—including his attractiveness—are found in the Hadith (sayings and actions of the Prophet) and Sira (biographical works), not the Quran
Al-Shamā'il al-Muḥammadīy - I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on a clear night while he was wearing a red cloak. I turned my sight between him and the moon and, to me, he was more handsome and beautiful than the moon. (Al-Shamā'il al-Muḥammadīyah (Tirmidhi) 9)
Abu Hurairah reported: "I have not seen anything more beautiful than the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). It was as if the sun flowed upon his face." (Jami' at-Tirmidhi 3648)
