This represents one of the most severe internal vulnerabilities in the entire Islamic corpus, where a Quranic criterion for a false prophet is directly fulfilled by Muhammad's documented deathbed symptoms.
Surah 69:44-46:
And if he [Muhammad] had made up about Us some sayings, We would have seized him by the right hand; Then We would have cut from him the aorta.
The Internal Contradiction:
The text establishes a specific biological penalty for a false prophet fabricating revelations: God will literally sever his aorta ("al-wateen").
However, after being poisoned by a Jewish woman at Khaibar, Muhammad spent years suffering until his deathbed, where Sahih al-Bukhari 4428 records him crying out: "O 'Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut by that poison."
By using the exact, highly specific medical terminology of Surah 69:46 to describe his own fatal illness in the Hadith, the Islamic traditions inadvertently create a loop where Muhammad describes himself dying the exact death of a fabricated prophet.
An omniscient God would easily foresee the exact words His prophet would utter on his deathbed. For God to use a specific phrase as a hypothetical penalty for a liar, and then allow His true prophet to die of a pagan poisoning while screaming out that exact same phrase, represents a massive failure of divine public relations!
