If Muhammad was divinely protected from sin from birth under the Islamic dogma of Ismah (prophetic sinlessness), he should have had no crushing moral or spiritual burdens capable of breaking his back. The admission that he carried an agonizing, crushing weight indicates a deeply conflicted human conscience experiencing intense guilt, requiring a localized textual intervention to reassure him that his slate had been artificially wiped clean.
By contrast, Jesus Christ never carried a personal spiritual burden that "weighed down his back," as He possessed total moral perfection from birth (1 Peter 2:22).
