‘All-Mighty', ‘All Knowing', Eternal, Independent. Then apply these attributes to Jesus and see if he qualifies.
Speaking of the last day Jesus said ‘But of That Day or That Hour knows no man, neither the angels, nor the son, but only the father' (Mark 13:32)
I can do nothing on my own authority; as I hear, I judge, and my judgement is just, because I seek not my own will, but the will of Him who sent me' (John 5:30)
‘And he (Jesus) went a little further, and fell on his face (sujud) and prayed.' (Matt 26:39)
"Jesus (peace be upon him) lacked the qualities that define God, showing he's not divine. Allah is All-Mighty, All-Knowing, Eternal, and Independent, but Jesus, in the Bible, shows limits. He says, ‘I can do nothing on my own' (John 5:30)—not all-mighty. He admits, ‘Of that day or that hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father' (Mark 13:32)—not all-knowing. He was born and died—not eternal. He prayed and relied on God—not independent. The Qur'an agrees: ‘The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger' (Surah Al-Ma'idah, 5:75), human like us, needing food and rest.
Tawhid demands that Allah alone has these attributes—‘He is Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient' (Surah Al-Ikhlas, 112:1-2). If Jesus lacks them, he can't be God. The Trinity tries to merge these opposites, but it doesn't fit: a limited being can't embody the unlimited. Islam honors Jesus as a prophet, not the Almighty, keeping Allah's unique qualities intact and unshared."
Jesus claimed to be omnipresent (where two or more are gathered I will be there), demonstrated that he was omniscient (knew the thoughts of men around him and could see people across the city and what they were doing; predicted the future destruction of the temple in 70AD), claimed to be eternal (before Abraham was, I am; I saw satan fall from heaven like a bolt of lightning; you knew me before creation), and others claim he created the universe and sustains it (omnipotent).
He has titles and names of God:
So Jesus was omnipresent, omniscient, eternal, omnipotent, and contained the titles of God. Jesus is God.
Death doesn't affect if something is eternal as death isn't an end. It's just a transition from one form to the next as humans do not cease to exist at death. See above explanation.
