Looking at the rest of the Old Testamant. The mention of Zabur (Psalms) is not fully explained in the Quran so it may be refering to the Hebrew understanding of the Writings section (main book is Psalms) or the book of Pslams.
The story of Gideon is in Judges, King Saul is in 1 Samuel, Elijah is in 1 & 2 Kings, Elisha is in 1 & 2 Kings and Jonah in the Book of Jonah. These are in the "Prophets" section so OUTSIDE the Torah and Zabur but yet the Quran mentions them.
